General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Scope and Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales made through the website operated under the name abris-de-jardin-destockage (the "Website"). By placing an order on the Website, the customer (the "Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all products offered for sale on the Website, including but not limited to garden sheds, outdoor storage units, and related accessories.

2. Products

Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs, illustrations, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. Minor variations may exist.

Product offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website and include applicable taxes (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery costs are indicated before order confirmation and are added to the total price where applicable.

4. Orders

The Customer places an order by following the online purchasing process and confirming the order after reviewing the summary.

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent to the Customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and other available secure payment methods displayed on the Website. By submitting payment information, the Customer authorizes the payment processor to charge the specified payment method.

All payment transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

In case of payment refusal by the payment provider, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.

Estimated delivery times are indicated before order confirmation. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and carrier constraints.

The Customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any visible damage or discrepancy to the carrier and to abris-de-jardin-destockage within 48 hours.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify abris-de-jardin-destockage in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction within fourteen (14) days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

8. Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.

Claims under warranty must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence (photos, description of defect, proof of purchase).

Liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except where otherwise required by law.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country where abris-de-jardin-destockage is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer’s country of residence.

In case of dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

12. Modification of Terms
